Warranty Certificate and Related Terms
- වගකීම ලබාදීම සඳහා බිල්පත අනිවාර්යයෙන් ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය.
The bill must be submitted to provide liability. - නිෂ්පාදිත දෝෂ සඳහා පමණක් වගකීම හිමි වේ.
Responsible for product defects only. - යම් භෞතික හානි හඳුනා ගැනීම අප විසින් නොකරන අතර ඒ පිළිබඳ තීරණය නිෂ්පාදකයා සතු වේ.
We do not identify any physical damage and the decision rests with the manufacturer - Brand new අයිතම සඳහා warranty ලබා ගැනීමේදී දින 10 ත් දින 30ත් අතර කාලයක් ගතවනු ඇති අතර මේ කාලය තුළ හැකි ඉක්මනින් භාණ්ඩ ආපසු ලබා දීමට කටයුතු කෙරේ.
It takes 10 to 30 days to get a warranty for brand new items and during this time the goods will be returned as soon as possible. - පිළිස්සුණු ලකුණු (burn mark), පෑස්සූ ලකුණු ,මලකඩ කෑම ,සීරීම් ලකුණු , අකුණු වලින් සිදුවී ඇති හානි , ආහාර හෝ බීම වර්ග හැලීමෙන් සිදුවන හානි , පරිගණක දැනුමක් නැති අය සිදුකරන වැරදි මඟින් වන හානි , ස්වාභාවික විපත් වැනි හානි මෙම සහතික පත්රයෙන් ආවරණය නොකෙරේ. වගකීම් ලේබලය මකා දැමීම හෝ එය පලුදු වී ඇත්නම් වගකීම අවලංගු වේ.
This certificate does not cover burn marks, weld marks, rust, scratch marks, damage caused by lightning, damage caused by food or beverages, damage caused by mistakes made by those without computer knowledge, natural disasters. If the warranty label is deleted or damaged, the warranty is void. - ලබාගත් භාණ්ඩ සඳහා මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවනු නොලැබේ.
No refunds will be given for items purchased. - ඔබ මිලදී ගන්නා brand new laptop වල , laptop battery සහ charger වලට ඇත්තේ අවුරුද්දක වගකීමකි.
The brand new laptops you buy, laptop batteries and chargers have a one year warranty.

Details of the delivery company
- අප ඔබ වෙත courier කරන items එවනු ලබන්නේ Prompt Xpress courier සේවාව මඟින් පමණි.
Items we courier to you will only be sent through the Prompt Xpress courier service. - එය ලංකාව පුරා විහිදී පවතින ශාඛා 55 කින් සහ සියලු ම නගර ආවරණය වන පරිදි ක්රියාත්මක වේ.
It has 55 branches spread across Sri Lanka and covers all cities. - Cash on delivery හෙවත් භාණ්ඩය ලබාගත් පසු මුදල් ගෙවීම අප ආයතනය මඟින් සිදු නොකරනු ලබයි.
Cash on delivery is not paid by us after receiving the item. - Courier සේවාව හරහා භාණ්ඩයක් ලබා ගැනීමේදී එය ඔබ අතට පත් වීමට පැය 24 ත් 48 ත් අතර කාලයක් ගත වේ.
When picking up an item through a courier service, it can take up to 24 to 48 hours for it to reach you. - සති අන්තයේදී( සෙනසුරාදා/ ඉරිදා ) courier සේවා ක්රියාත්මක නොවේ.
Courier services are not active on weekends (Saturday / Sunday). - Courier සේවාව හරහා භාණ්ඩයක් ලබා ගැනීමේදී ඒ සඳහා අයවන ගාස්තුව දුර මත තීරණය නොවන අතර එය තීරණය වනුයේ බර (kg) ප්රමාණය මතය
When purchasing a product through the courier service, the charge will not depend on the distance. It depends on the weight (kg). - අප විසින් එම courier එක සඳහා වැයවන මුදල ගෙවා එවනු ලබන්නේ නම් පළමු 1kg කට රුපිය 300 ක් වුත් ඉන් පසු වැඩිවන සෑම 1kg ක් සඳහා ම රුපියල් 80 බැගින් වුත් අදාළ kg ප්රමාණයට වැය වේ.
If we pay for the courier, it will cost Rs. 300 for the first 1kg and Rs. 80 for every 1kg thereafter. - ඒ සඳහා අදාළ භාණ්ඩයේ වටිනාකම සමඟම courier ගාස්තුව ඔබ විසින් අප ගිණුමට බැර කල යුතුය.
For this you have to credit the courier fee to our account along with the value of the relevant item. - ඔබ විසින් එම courier එක සඳහා වැයවන මුදල ගෙවන්නේ නම් භාණ්ඩය ලබාගත් පසු එය, භාණ්ඩය රැගෙන එන පුද්ගලයාට ගෙවිය යුතුය.
If you pay for the courier, you must pay for the item upon receipt. - ඒ සඳහා ඔබට පළමු 1kg කට රුපියල් 400 ක් වුත් ඉන් පසු වැඩිවන සෑම 1kg ක් සඳහා ම රුපියල් 150 බැගින් වුත් අදාළ kg ප්රමාණය සඳහා වැය වේ.
It will cost you Rs. 400 for the first 1kg and Rs. 150 for every 1kg thereafter for the relevant kg size. - Courier එක මඟින් භාණ්ඩ එවීමේදී යම් හානියක් සිදුවුවහොත් එහි වගකීම අප විසින් දරණ අතර හානි වූ භාණ්ඩය නැවත අප වෙත එවීමෙන් ඔබට ඒ සඳහා නව භාණ්ඩයක් ලබා ගත හැක.
We will be responsible for any damage caused by the courier while sending the goods and you can get a new item by sending the damaged item back to us. - ඔබ ප්රදේශයට අදාළ එම ආයතනයේ ශාඛාවේ දුරකතන අංකය Prompt Xpress networking යනුවෙන් google search කිරීමෙන් ලබා ගත හැක.
You can get the phone number of the branch of the company relevant to your area by doing a Google search for Prompt Xpress networking. - භාණ්ඩය අප courier සේවාවට භාර දුන් පසු ඔබට එහි tracking number එක ලබා දෙන අතර Prompt Xpress tracking යනුවෙන් google search කිරීමෙන් ලැබෙන search bar එක මත එය type කර search කිරීමෙන් අදාළ භාණ්ඩය මේ වන විට පවතින ස්ථානය දැන ගත හැකිය.
Once we have delivered the item to the courier service, you will be given its tracking number and you can find out the current location of the item by typing it in the search bar and searching for Prompt Xpress tracking
අලෙවියෙන් පසු සේවාව
After sales service
- ඔබ ඇත්තේ shop එකට පැමිණිය හැකි දුරකින් ඇති ප්රදේශයක නම් එය අපවෙත රැගෙන ඒමෙන් එම සේවාව ඉටු කරගත හැක.
If you are in an area within walking distance of the shop, you can bring it to us and perform the service. - සවස 4න් පසු පැමිණෙන warranty machine සඳහා එදිනම warranty ලබා ගැනීමට නොහැකි වන අතර ඊට පසු දින එය ලබා ගත හැක.
Warranty machines arriving after 4pm will not be able to get the warranty on the same day and will be available the next day. - ඔබ අපගේ සේවාව courier සේවාවක් මඟින් ලබා ගෙන ඇති අයෙක් නම් ( දුර ප්රදේශයක ) අප වෙත warranty එවීමේදී බිල්පත හා warranty අයිතමය පහත සඳහන් ලිපිනය වෙත ඔබ විසින් මුදල් ගෙවා එවිය යුතුය. If you have obtained our service through a courier service (in a remote area) when sending the warranty to us you have to pay the bill and the warranty item to the following address.

When transferring a warranty item through the courier service, the number of warranty transfer days will depend on the time it takes for the courier service to receive the item from us.
